Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper Our client has an immediate need for an Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper. Responsibilities include: Coding and entering all Accounts Payable invoices and preparing checks for mailing Posting Accounts Receivable Reconciling bank statements monthly Preparing yearly 1099 information Processing payroll for approximately 100 employees Responsible for enrolling employees in company benefits (medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K and life insurance) QuickBooks Enterprise experience preferred Must have good Excel and Word experience Experience with Publisher and PowerPoint a big plus Strong writing ability and must be a team player For immediate consideration, please send your resume to wfranks@stafffinancial.com
