Now Hiring a Life Skills Coach for our Independent Living Services Full-Time/ 30 hours a week/ morning shift (6 hours a day) Male Bilingual-Spanish-English preferred (We have other positions for females) (Benefits for full time employees) Benefits on Day One: Mileage reimbursement when driving for client related purposes. Benefits within 30 days of employment: Company pays 50% of a medical plan. Company pays 100% of $25000.00 life insurance Company pays 100% of Employee Assistance Program Company sponsored dental & vision plans for self or dependents Company pays a bonus for shifts worked on a company-approved holiday * Company sponsored AFLAC - Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital, Cancer plans *This plan is approved for Part & Full time employment Benefit after 90 days of employment: Accrued sick time up to 40 hours per annual year Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation Able to work in the North Orange County area Able to pass a background check Computer literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entry ️️ ️️What You'll Do: Coach clients on building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene) Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges Help plan, create, and organize weekly goals and schedules that work for your clients Document progress through case notes and quarterly reports Spend 90% of your time in the field with clients and 10% on admin/documentation Collaborate with program managers, regional center coordinators, and training staff You’d Be Great If You: Have a heart for helping others and believe in treating people with dignity and respect Are a strong communicator, dependable, and a creative problem-solver Can work flexible hours and adapt to different client needs working independently in one-on-one settings with clients Have behavioral health experience (preferred, not required ) Ready to Apply?
