To support a growing cybersecurity platform, the full-time remote Sales Engineer will lead customer discovery and technical engagements, translating complex third-party risk challenges into clear value propositions while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. Key responsibilities Lead customer discovery and technical engagement, aligning platform capabilities with business, risk, and operational outcomes Design and deliver high-impact product demonstrations that reflect customer priorities and executive-level decision criteria Influence deal strategy by supporting complex evaluations and technical objections in partnership with Sales Required qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in Technical Presales for cybersecurity solutions Strong ability to lead discovery with senior technical and business stakeholders, translating ambiguous requirements into clear solution strategies Experience designing and delivering executive-level product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements Strong technical aptitude to understand system architectures, workflows, and integrations Ability to synthesize customer feedback into structured insights for roadmap prioritization
