The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of spa operations including guest services, treatments, retail, and facility maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase spa revenue and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and manage spa staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain inventory control and manage vendor relationships.
• Create and promote spa programs, packages, and special events to attract and retain clients.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support brand initiatives and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management or a related hospitality leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing spa operations and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification or degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred.
