Our client, a highly regarded investment management firm, is seeking an experienced Team Executive Assistant / Team Coordinator to support a team of investment professionals. \nThe role also offers exposure beyond traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities, including involvement in research coordination, team offsites, and ad hoc projects.
\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\n• Provide day to day administrative support to a team of investment professionals.
\n• Manage complex, high volume calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics.
\n• Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure all logistics are handled seamlessly.
\n• Arrange domestic and international travel and manage itinerary changes as needed.
\n• Process expense reports and maintain accurate team records.
\n• Organize and distribute research materials and other relevant team information.
\n• Assist with team offsites, special projects, and other ad hoc needs.
\n• Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts to ensure efficient communication and follow through.
\n• Serve as a proactive resource to the team, anticipating needs and helping priorities stay on track.
\n \nQualifications:
\n• Bachelor’s degree required.
\n• 3+ years of Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or related administrative experience.
\n• Financial services experience preferred.
\n• Experience managing high volume calendars and rapidly changing priorities.
\n• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
\n• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
\n• Professional, collaborative, and solutions oriented approach.
\n• Ability to exercise discretion and work effectively in a fast paced environment.
\n \nCompensation:
\n$120,000 base salary, plus paid overtime and discretionary bonus.
